Common Questions

How do I find something to watch?

Open the Explore tab to browse categories, or use the search bar to look up artists, songs, and channels. Tap a result to open the full-screen player.

How do I create a playlist or like a song?

Use the Library tab to manage playlists, or tap the heart and save actions on the player to add items to Liked Songs and your playlists.

Can I keep audio playing in the background?

Yes. Open Settings and enable Background Playback to continue playing when the app is closed, or Picture in Picture to float a video while browsing.

Why does search or streaming fail?

Availability can depend on your network connection, the source service, regional access, and content permissions. Check the Wi-Fi Only setting, try a stable network, or search again.

Does PlyTube provide the content?

PlyTube is a player and organizer. The app does not claim ownership of third-party content. Users are responsible for the content they access or play.
