Common Questions

How do I import music or videos?

Open the Songs tab and choose an import option such as Photos, Files, Computer, or a supported online source. Follow the system permission prompts when iOS asks for access.

Why can I not access Photos or Files?

Please check iOS Settings and confirm Plytube has the permission needed for the feature you are using. Some file types may not be supported by iOS playback.

Why does online search or importing fail?

Online availability can depend on your network connection, the source service, regional access, and content permissions. Try again with a stable network or choose another supported source.

Does Plytube provide music content?

Plytube is a player and organizer. The app does not claim ownership of third-party content. Users are responsible for the content they import, download, or play.
