Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PlyTube mobile application and related support pages. By downloading, accessing, or using PlyTube, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of PlyTube

PlyTube is provided as a lightweight video and music player. You may use the app to explore, search, organize, and play media for your own personal and lawful use.

You agree not to misuse PlyTube, interfere with the app, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, use the app for unlawful activity, or use the app in a way that violates another person's rights.

Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the searches, playlists, saved items, metadata, and other content you access, save, or play with PlyTube. You must have the legal right and any required permission to access that content.

PlyTube does not claim ownership of your content. PlyTube also does not grant you rights to third-party videos, music, channels, artwork, search results, or external services.

Third-Party Content and Services

PlyTube may allow you to search for, access, stream, or open content from third-party sources or services. Those services are not owned or controlled by PlyTube and may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical limits, and regional availability.

You agree to follow all applicable laws and third-party terms when using explore, search, streaming, sharing, or playback features.

Intellectual Property

PlyTube, including its design, app name, interface, software, icons, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from PlyTube except where allowed by applicable law.

Purchases and Subscriptions

PlyTube may offer optional paid features, content, or services through in-app purchases (collectively, “Purchases”). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

The product description, price, currency, billing period (if any), and other material terms shown in the app and in Apple’s purchase confirmation at the time of purchase form part of these Terms. Prices may vary by country or region and may include or be subject to applicable taxes. Please review the purchase information carefully before confirming payment.

After Apple confirms a successful transaction, the applicable feature, content, or entitlement will be made available to you. A consumable Purchase may be used up and generally cannot be restored. A non-consumable Purchase is intended to provide ongoing access to the purchased entitlement, subject to these Terms, the continued availability of PlyTube, and Apple’s rules. Purchases are licensed, not sold, and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged except where applicable law or Apple’s rules require otherwise.

If PlyTube offers an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription will automatically renew for the period and at the price disclosed at purchase unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Any free trial or introductory offer is subject to the eligibility and duration shown at enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, canceling takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Where supported, you can restore eligible non-consumable Purchases and subscriptions using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app. Restoration requires the Apple Account originally used for the Purchase. Consumable Purchases are not restorable once consumed.

All billing, cancellation, and refund requests for App Store Purchases are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Except where required by law, we cannot issue App Store refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

We may change the features or content included in a paid offering on a prospective basis. For subscriptions, any price change will be handled with the notice or consent required by Apple and applicable law. If a Purchase is not delivered after Apple confirms payment, please try restoring eligible Purchases and then contact us with the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not send us your full payment card number or password.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue PlyTube or any feature at any time. Some features may depend on your device, iOS version, network connection, region, or third-party service availability.

Disclaimer

PlyTube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that PlyTube will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every service, device, or operating system version.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlyTube and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using PlyTube at any time. We may restrict or end access to the app or features if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required by law or platform rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of PlyTube after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
